Trouble with delivery to GCG

Hello Ilan, i have a buyer at the GCG who has not received an item he purchased from my store Witchy's. I have redelivered it and he still has not received it.
What are my next steps? This is the second complaint i have had from that grid and i know when i test deliver there, it is very slow (not our problem i realize...)

Hi beverly,

The items were delivered to his avatar. He probably just didn't look for them in the correct folder. Please direct him to https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/displ ... ther+Grids

He may also need to restart his viewer to see the delivered items in the aforementioned folder location.

Hi beverly,

When attempting to redeliver the items I noticed that your customer did not select to deliver the items to a GCG avatar but rather to his Kitely avater. The items were delivered to that Kitely avatar's "# Kitely Market" inventory folder as was specified in the Deliver To option at the top of his shopping cart (it was set to "My Kitely Avatar" instead of "Other Avatar").
