Customer claims not to have received items

Hi,

I have a customer who has recently made 2 purchases via the Kitely Marketplace with the latter they downvoted the item and have claimed to received just an empty folder.

I have checked the test-delivery for the items and they just worked great, it'd be great if you could verify that there are no problems with those products.

Please look at your Sales History page and give me the order IDs of these orders.

The order numbers are: 1000008397025 and 1000008307482

Both these orders were made by a Kitely user for a Kitely user. I checked that user's inventory and all the items included in the orders are located in that user's "# Kitely Market" inventory folder (as they should be after the purchase was completed). What item specifically is she claiming did not arrive?

Please ask her to clear her viewer inventory cache and look for that item again - it is there.
