Customer claims not to have received items

Hi,
I have a customer who has recently made 2 purchases via the Kitely Marketplace with the latter they downvoted the item and have claimed to received just an empty folder.
I have checked the test-delivery for the items and they just worked great, it'd be great if you could verify that there are no problems with those products.
