Unreceived Items from Kitely Market

Hello. I bought 3 items at Kitely Market and didn't receive them. My PayPal was charged. The purchase number is 100000865596. I purchased them as 'other avatar' by the same name at the Great Canadian Grid. It showed them being transferred on the Kitely Market web page, but they are not in my GCG inventory.

Hi Rik,
Please restart your viewer and log into GCG. Then press the Resend IM link in the following order page:
https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000008655961
Once you do this, our marketplace will send you an IM that contains a link. Click that link to complete the delivery process.
The items will then be delivered to either your Objects or to your My Suitcase > Objects inventory folder. See:
