Cant access purchased item

I bought two items in the same order. Once of them works fine, but the other (the big one) gets this error:

06:01:38 - [PRIM INVENTORY]: Move of inventory item 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 from prim with local id 3025492790 failed because the inventory item could not be found
I think the download of the 14mb item terminated early and the item is corrupted. Is there a way I can download/have it sent to me again?

I tried purchasing it again and had the same issue. Could the item be corrupted on your end? Can I get a refund for them?

Hi Marisa,

We did a full redelivery of the item. Please do the following:
1) Go to your avatar's inventory and delete the item from it.
2) Clear both your viewer cache and your viewer inventory cache.
3) Press the link in the IM our system has just sent you.
4) Try to rezz the newly delivered item.

i didn't delete the item until after i had clicked the link, sorry. Can you resend item 1000008993263 one more time and i will do it right :)

Did you delete the Kitely Market delivery boxes and the items they contained from your inventory?

Did you clear both your viewer cache and your viewer inventory cache?

I just did a test delivery to our Metorpolis avatar and all three items contained in the item you bought rezzed just fine.

Where you inside the Metropolis grid when you pressed the link in the IM our system sent you?

Please delete all copies of the item and the boxes it came in from your inventory then clear your viewer cache and viewer inventory cache. Then login to this Metropolis region: [url]hop://hypergrid.org:8002/Sandbox%20Neovo/139/139/22[/url] and press the link in the IM our system just sent you.

Hmm, that does the same thing. I get the error and just a image prim appears when I try and res the boat...
