in the promo for the marketplace it says
"You must have Copy and Transfer permissions on all the items that you add to the product. "
in what context? does this mean I cannot make items that are non transfer? I usually just make my items copy/mod

Items in OpenSim have different sets of permissions for different people. You need to have Copy/Transfer permissions for yourself, but you can set other permissions for "Next Owner".
