Hi

I received an email notification that a customer purchased:

on 26 Mar 2016.

Order ID: 1000009720260

The sale revenue was initially recorded in my account but no longer reflected in my analytics and seem to have disappeared completely. Revenue shown previously was US$1.20

It is still in my sales history though.

What happened?

Hi Trine,

Please go to your Manage Store page and click the Payouts link to view the state of all your sales. You'll note that the $1.20 is now listed under the Cleared funds, indicating that it is ready for payout to your PayPal account once you accumulate the minimum payout amount (see: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/displ ... arket+Fees).

Once you confirm that the transaction has not been forgotten, please go to your Analytics page and change the date range to include the date the sale was made (Analytics only show a single month by default and this transaction happened more than 45 days ago).
