I'm getting a false error message when I'm changing descriptions in my listings. "This text is too long: the maximum length is 2000 characters." I just checked my ad copy in MS Word - there are only 762 characters. It started happening when I was trying to add copyright wording at the bottom of the listing, and is happening to more than one listing.
Help?

Hi Ada,
When you copy text from Word it copies formating as well. You can't see those HTML tags but they take up quite a lot of space. I suggest you copy-paste your text into notepad (which doesn't support formating and will therefore ignore it) and then copy-paste it from there into the Kitely Market description - this should eliminate the HTML tags that Word added and provide you with the full 2000 characters.
