Hi,
I am totally new at this, but I think I followed the directions carefully. I am not sure if I have the right...."Discovery Grid"...address to make my delivery to my avatar there. Please help?

To set up delivery to the Discovery Grid please:
1) Go to your Kitely Market shopping cart.
2) Set Deliver To to Other Avatar.
3) Click the Gird Manager link.
4) Press the Add button.
5) Enter "login.discoverygrid.net:8002" (without the quotation marks) as the Grid Hypergrid Address.

I purchased several things from the Kitely market and would like to export them to OSGrid (where I spend most of my time). How do I do this? Can I download them as iar's?

We don't support IAR imports or exports, but if you bought items that were sold with Export permission then there are multiple ways for you to get the items to OSgrid:

1) You can put the items in your My Suitcase inventory folder and teleport with your Kitely avatar to OSgrid.

2) If you have a Kitely world then you can rez the items in that world and use the Export World function in that world's Manage World dialog to create an OAR file of that world which you can then upload to a VarRegion on OSgrid. (see https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-ne ... plemented/)

3) If you bought the items with both Transfer and Export permissions then you can teleport with an OSgrid avatar to Kitely Welcome Center and give the OSgrid avatar those items.

Please note that the best way to get items from Kitely Market to OSgrid is to have them delivered from Kitely Market directly to an avatar on OSgrid when you order. See: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... ther+Grids

Is it too late to do the "delivery to another grid"? If so, can I cancel my order?

The items were already delivered to your Kitely avatar when you oredered. However, as this is your first order from Kitely Market, if you delete the items from your Kitely avatar's inventory then we'll redeliver them to your OSgrid avatar instead (they are currently located in your "# Kitely Market" inventory folder).

If you're interested in us doing so then please let us know once you've deleted the items from your inventory (including from the Trash folder).

I still see them in your My Suitcase > "# Kitely Market" folder. Please delete them from your inventory so we'll be able to begin the redelivery process.
