redelivery

Hi - I need to redeliver a product to a customer but I cannot figure out how to do it. I know its me lol. Is there anyone who can tell me the steps for redelivery? Thanks so much.

Hi Carrie,

To redeliver an item:
1) Use the Goto menu to get to your Sales History page.
2) In the Sales History page search for the buyer and product.
3) In the search results find the line containing the relevant order (if that buyer bought that product multiple time there will be multiple lines).
4) Select the Redeliver option in the Action menu on the relevant line.

Is there a way that a customer can get a redelivery of items she bought 12 months ago??

Hi Susan,

If you bought the items with Copy permission then let me know the Kitely Market order numbers and we'll redeliver these orders to you.
