I tried to place an ad tonight and it won't let me select any start dates before March 4th 2017. This is a brand new product. Are there restrictions now on how old a product must be before placing an ad for it? I perused the ad documentation and didn't see anything.... I have never had this problem before....any insight would be appreciated

The rules haven't changed but all the ad spots may have already been reserved on the page you're trying to advertise on (until March 4th). If you want an earlier date try advertising on the marketplace front page or in a related category. If you have ongoing ad campaigns it may be prudent to reserve ad spots in advance.
