Not receiving IMs in Metropolis grid...

Just made a purchase but I am not receiving the IMs to accept it. Tried resending several times, logging out and back in, etc. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Your viewer may be blocking those IMs.
In Firestorm go to Preferences > Privacy > General and make sure that "Only friends and groups can call or IM me" isn't enabled.
Once you Apply changes, log into Metropolis with your avatar, go to the Kitely Market order page, and click the Resend IM link.

I already had that disabled. And I don't see any blocked listing. Im using firestorm, I will try using alchemy...

Please try going to the main Metropolis grid landing point, not a region that is self hosted. Then click the Resend IM link.

Are you logging in with the Marisa Giancarla Metropolis account into the main Metropolis region?
What is that avatar's UUID?
