Redelivery of Already Purchased Items? - Grid Failure

Hi, I recently upgraded my server (changed the operating system) and then reinstalled my grid (opensim software) Upon importing my backup back into MySQL I found to my utter horror that the backups I have been keeping for the last 6 months are only half the robust sql file. It should have been around 60GB in size and was only 22GB!

Luckily I managed to find an intact backup of the correct file size. Regrettably it is from March of this year (2017) :( Means I have lost loads of content :( Fortunately it is only me on my grid so no one suffered for my mistake other than me.

What I wanted to know is there any option available to redeliver, or re-download already purchased Market content? To the same grid, same avatar and exact same UUID?

That gives me confidence in your customer service and the confidence that you are a decent business.

I already do recommend people use Kitely Market and this experience only reinforces that commitment.
