Yes please. I tried to select Metropolis but it said it couldn't find me. That is where I will need items send. Thank you for your help. You're awesome!!!!

The order has been redelivered. Please log into Metropolis with your avatar then click the link in the IM our system sent you to complete the delivery process.

To enable you to resume buying for your Metropolis avatar please go to your Kitely Market shopping cart, delete the avatar name from the Deliver To field, switch Deliver To to "My Kitely Avatar", switch it back to "Other Avatar", select the Metropolis grid then type in your avatar name on that grid. Finally click the Continue Shopping button to save these changes.

I'm logged in but never got the IM. So I resent IM and still haven't got it. Does it take a few minutes? Here is a screenshot to show.

It shouldn't take long but it may be blocked by your viewer settings.

Please check that your Firestorm's Viewer > Preferences > Privacy > Only Friends and Groups can IM me setting is disabled. If it was enabled then please uncheck that and click the OK button. Once that's done remain inworld and click the Resend IM link in the order page.

I made sure it is no longer disabled. So I clicked resend IM 20 minutes ago and it won't resend. Can you resend it to me?

Please open your world map and paste grid.kitely.com:8002 into the search fireld to find the Kitely Welcome Center. Then teleport to that location and click the Resend IM link in your order page.

Please remain inside the Kitely Welcome Center after you've done that and let me know whether you've received the IM.

I've been doing that. I find it on the map but when I teleport it says no region found :shock:

Has Metropolis's Grid URI changed? Please ask your grid's admin what the current Grid URI should be for Metropolis? The value we have right now is hypergrid.org:8002. Is that no longer the correct address? (the error you received indicates that the avatar that the user you're using belongs to is reporting a different Grid URI).

A grid's Grid URI is what enables Kitely to communicate with that grid. If it changes we need to update our system with the new value in order to enable access from that grid.

The Grid URI your region is using is the same one we have for Metropolis but it looks like your avatar on Metropolis is using a different one. That causes problems. Can you please ask the Metropolis admin to verify that their Grid URI hasn't changed?

Alternatively, please let me know if you wish us to redeliver this order to your OSGrid avatar.
