i've adviced customer to make 'new avatar with new url' in kitely 'market order' with the new url,
since it seems normal,to me, if their url changes, the orders can b deliverd

this info i put here, for pple,who might,not know that their url has changed, so ucan inform other pple
i hope,it will all arrive asap & good & that he will understand howto do this (he did it before), iwant the best for my customers

Kitely has an anti-fraud mechanism that verifies that a previously-known avatar UUID isn't being reused by avatars on a different grid from the one Kitely has seen use that UUID in the past. This helps protect Kitely from avatar impersonation by grieffers and would-be content thieves.

This system prevents people from using the same UUID for their avatar when their grid changes its grid URI. When that happens that grid's owner should contact us and let us know that their grid URI has changed so we'll be able to update our system to enable their existing avatars on that grid to get orders from Kitely Market.

Regarding the two orders you've mentioned, the buyer has already been in contact with us, we've updated the grid information and redelivered these orders to the updated grid URI.
