I have never had any problems with Kitely deliveries before, but now I really don't know where things are being delivered for me.
I have looked everywhere for the items I purchased from you recently - in Great Canadian Grid where I live; also Discovery, and DigiWorldz and I can't find them anywhere.
The order numbers are 1000049719962
and 1000050016458, so would you please check and definitely deliver them to GREAT CANADIAN GRID.

Hi Ladyheart,

Please look at your product orders, they list where they were sent to, and whether the delivery process has been completed.

You'll note that was sent to Ladyheart Janick @ Great Canadian Grid but that the delivery process hasn't been completed yet because you didn't log into GCG with that avatar and click the link in the IM our system sent you. Please login to that grid now then click the Resend IM link in the product order page. Once you receive that IM click the link it contains to complete the delivery process.

Next please note that was delivered to your Kitely avatar because you set the Deliver To setting in your Kitely Market shopping cart to "My Kitely Avatar". As per your request, we've now changed the order to be delivered to your GCG avatar. Please log into that grid with your avatar and follow the aforementioned instructions for completing the delivery of this order.

Please remember, you have to make sure to verify that the Deliver To setting is set to your desired grid and avatar before you complete each order (just like you'd verify the shipping address when ordering from an online store to a realworld location).

I tried to resolve this myself, but at a dead end. I made a purchase from the Market today (5/30) at 11:45 EST for $12.30. I checked that it should be delievered to my Avatar, but it never showed up. I have a Paypal Transaction and Invoice ID that the bill was paid - but I can't find the transaction in my purchases at all. Can you help?

PS: I just signed back on today after a number of months away - not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

Hi Alex,

You have 2 Kitely accounts. One which you've had for several years now and one that you created today and used to order items to your old account. I've redelivered the order to your older Kitely account. You can find it in the "# Kitely Market" folder in your inventory.

Please send me an IM and I'll reply with the email address with which you should log into the Kitely website to access your old Kitely account.

For some reason I do not see my initial message here from yesterday and today.
I don't see your reply either Ilhan. They were both here this morning. (scratches head)

On June 6, I made a purchase that included 10 items. Not all of the items I purchased
were in the box from Kitely. I am missing 3 items. My order number is

I am again asking if you can re-deliver to me. Is that possible? Two of the items I ordered
are for an event tomorrow, June 8. I will have to re-buy these and one other item as I am
running out of time now and I am not sure if my first message about this dated June 6
is really gone or if I just can't see it for some reason.

Please rezz the order box you received from Kitely on the ground in your grid. That box contains one product box for each of the products in your order. Drag those boxes to the ground to rezz them and only then take the contents of those rezzed boxes into your inventory.

Oh sorry, I did not realize there were 2 threads with the same headline.
I've purchased from Kitely for years, so I do know how to unpack. I went
back to the Marketplace and purchased the 3 items I was missing as I
need them for a function today. No need to re-send my order and no
need to reimburse me for the items I had to re-purchase. There
must have been a glitch when I was unpacking. This has never happened
