I made my second Kitely Marketplace order tonight. The first order went through within minutes--really efficient!
This latest one, however, continues to show "processing..." and despite my being logged into my Kitely sim, there's no item delivered. I waited quite a long while and relogged, but still no joy.
I'm sure this is just a glitch. Is there any way to request a redelivery push for my order? It's 1000054916548
I didn't see any other place to make such a request, so I figured I would post here.

What is the proper course of action when Marketplace item delivery issues occur, like this? Might there be an option for "redeliver" in the future? Or should I just post in the forum with order number such as I did?

Hi Frank,
The best option is to refresh the browser page and see what information and options it gives you. If it displays an error and doesn't provide you with an option to retry the delivery then an email will already have been sent to us to inform us of the problem.
