States avatar can't be found

I am trying to make a purchase from my kitely avatar to my my Alternative Metaverse Avatar Avis Novak. It is saying that the avatar can't be found. Could someone look into this please?

Hi Amelia,

Please clear the avatar name from the Deliver To section of your Kitely Market shopping cart then click the Grid Manager link in the shopping cart and delete any definition you may currently have for the Alternative Metaverse grid. Once that's done add back the grid definition, make sure the grid is selected then type in the name of the avatar you wish to deliver the order to in the Deliver To section of the shopping cart.
