Mentioning perms in listing title

I'm looking at the Product Listing Guidelines and it says, among other things:

It shouldn't contain information that can be seen elsewhere in the product page, such as the product's permissions

There's a problem with this: listings will not always show up as full perm even if they are - at least mine won't. There will always be some auxillary file with limited perms in a package (a notecard with some info and tips, a notecard with the EULA, a group joiner, maybe a UV map etc.) so even if the item for sale is full perm, it may automatically show up as no transfer or no copy or both on the Kitely Market.
Is there a way to fix that problem?

Hi Tess,

Second Life and OpenSim use folded permissions which means that if an object contains another object then the containing object's permissions are limited by those of the contained object. For example, if you place a no-copy object into another object then the object you placed it inside will become no-copy as well. The same behavior is true for no-transfer. You can see the effect permissions are having on their containing object's in the Items table in your product listing.

To avoid this logic turning what would be a full perm object into one that has limited permissions, don't place limited permissions objects inside other objects that have less restrictive permissions. In your example, instead of boxing everything up and adding that box to Kitely Market, add the items themselves to your listing. This will ensure that they don't affect each other's permissions. This won't be a problem for your buyers because when Kitely Market direct delivers orders into Kitely users inventories it does so into a separate folder for each purchased product. Similarly, when it delivers orders to third-party grids it automatically boxes each product before boxing the entire order into a single box.
