error message when buying on marketplace, help!

When I went to buy a skin from kitely market,,and went to pay, error message came up and said , I was not a member of Genesis Metaverse ,, so couldnt be sent. I am a member, what do I do?

Hi Liz,

Please clear the Deliver To avatar name from your Kitely Market shopping cart then retype it in and try to order again.

Do you still get an error message?

I did go back and did your instructions and the items were delivered but I didnt receive them, not in my inventory.
