Re-downloading items

If I purchased items on one grid - say Grid A, then made an avatar on a different grid - say Grid B, will I be able to re-download my Grid A items onto Grid B? Or will I have to purchase them all over again...

Hi Dreena,

If the grid for which you bought the items shut down then we can redeliver the items to your Kitely avatar. Otherwise, if you want these items you can do one of the following:

1) If you bought the items with Transfer and Export permission then you can hypergrid teleport with your old avatar to your new avatar's home grid then give the items to the new avatar.

2) You can ask the merchants you bought the items from whether they agree to give you an additional copy of the bought items for the new avatar (they don't have to agree to that).

3) You can buy the items again, this time to have them delivered to your new avatar.
