I've made a mistake on a purchase. I'm from Second Life and wanted to try the AVsitter2. I was directed to the SL market place but then checked the Kitely market place and saw the price difference so I thought it best to go with a Kitely purchase. But now I see that something bought in Kitely cannot be transferred to Second Life. I'd like to get a refund for my Kitely Market place purchase.
My purchase order number is: 1000070987411. I'd like a full refund, please.

We verified that you haven't logged into Kitely to access the item you purchased so have issued you a full refund, as per your request. We then also removed the item from your Kitely avatar's inventory.
