Hi. I am a new other grid person who just ordered an item from your market.

I was able to enter the grid hyper grid address and add the grids name.

I had registered myself here many years ago. I have a new name (similar tho) on the other grid. I was forced to use my Kitely name (which came up as my othergrid name, not my old kitely name and I still haven't received my item. It's been over 30 minutes...maybe an hour. What can I do to get that item, I really would like to start to use your marketplace to buy and even sell my own builds eventually. What Kitely Market order number are you referring to?

What is the avatar and grid you wanted the order delivered to?
