If the grid isn't Hypergrid enabled then the grid must be configured using the following instructions in order for Kitely Market to be able to deliver items to it: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... grid+Grids
If you complete the Kitely Market grid verification process for a grid that was Hypergrid enabled, or properly configured, and later change the configuration then subsequent attempts to find avatars on that grid will fail. This will prevent the marketplace from being able to deliver items to avatars on that grid until it is opened to the Hypergrid or properly configured again.

I also am having this issue.
Originally i was able, and received all of my purchases.
This time i did everything you mentioned trying, with deleting grid, user etc and re adding.
And still it tells me unable to find avatar.
I also made sure im able to teleport into kitely's welcome region just fine.
My grid does show that i am inworld also.

What is your avatar name and what grid (name and grid URI) does it belong to?

We've removed the avatars belonging to that grid from our system (you had two similarly named avatars from that grid with different UUIDs).
Please repeat the aforementioned steps again now.

I'm having the same problem, followed the instructions.
Mine is happening because I completely lost my entire DreamGrid in Feb.

Timely note. Sometimes people choose to 'forget' aka delete their avatar from a grid, then return much later. I have a resident who is running into Kitely purchase delivery issues to Discoverygrid.net, so his old uuid is likely cached in your market.
