Please try following the aforementioned steps for removing and then adding back your grid from your Kitely Market shopping cart. Once that's done try delivering something to the avatar you've just used to log into the Kitely Welcome Center while it's inside that world.

If that works then teleport back to your home grid and try ordering something else for that avatar.

I didn't have a grid reference to remove.

Still getting :

We couldn't send a notecard to JP Susa @ Alarialand. Make sure that the avatar is online and in its home grid. Also, make sure that the grid is open to the Hypergrid, and its firewall allows access from the outside.

Please check while your avatar from that grid is inside the Kitely Welcome Center. Not while it's still on your grid.

Okay, now try teleporting with that avatar back to your home grid and then try sending it an IM from your Kitely avatar while that Kitely avatar is still inside the Kitely grid.
