When avatars are inside regions belonging to your own grid the IMs are sent via those sims to those people's viewers. That should never be a problem assuming your grid is functional. When avatars that don't belong to your grid are outside your grid and try to send IMs to avatars that belong to your grid and are inside your grid, the IMs are routed via your ROBUST server. However, your ROBUST server is currently refusing to accept IMs sent to your users. I therefore recommend you check your robust.hg.ini file to ensure it is configured correctly.

The link I sent you earlier from our wiki should help guide him regarding which parts to focus on. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to start debugging this issue for him as this isn't a Kitely-specific issue with your grid's configuration. I'm afraid he'll have to research this issue without our assistance. As this worked for you before you made your recent grid changes I recommend you compare the settings from the previous grid setup with your current ones.

Good news

So long story short, we couldn't find anything on our end. but something strange happend, in my invent under notecards 27 kitely code notecards appeared, I was able to find a working code and use it to add to the grid. so you should be able to send me everything now, you might want to take a look on your end as that was strange and it appears perhaps it might be on kitelys end.

Nichole, the IMs were sent when our system stated that they were sent, the problem isn't on our end.

Please use Firestorm to log into your grid using the avatar to which you had the orders sent then make sure that Viewer > Preferences > Privacy > Only Friends and Groups can IM me is disabled. If it was enabled then please uncheck that and click the OK button.

Once that's done click the Resend IM link in all the product order pages on our website, for example:

You should then receive the IMs in your viewer, please Accept them so the delivery boxes will be added to that avatar's Objects inventory folder.
