Export failed to deliver...

hi
I made a purchase from the market for export to Farworldz grid for my Talla Adam avi and the export failed. Item number 1000007045027

The transaction went fine and paid with Paypal. Avatar was in grid at home region waiting. Email received but when opened gave "SSL handshake failed"
I do have the name Talla Adam in Kitely as well as Farworldz. Is that a problem?
Or is this a temporary problem and should I wait and try again tomorrow or what?

Hi Gaga,

What OpenSim version is that grid and that particular sim you stood in using?

Hi Gaga,

When you clicked on the link in the IM, did it open in the viewer's internal browser? Viewers notoriously don't support SSL, so if you try to visit a secure site (such as kitely.com) then they show this error: "SSL handshake failed". To fix this, change your viewer settings to open links in an external browser. Or, copy and paste the URL into your "real" browser.

Hi Ilan. I'm running OS 8.1 currently.

Hi Oren. Thanks, yes that worked. I opened the link in the external browser and it fired the delivery to the grid fine.

All is good. Maybe mention should be made of this problem somewhere.
