Market can't find my avatar - UUID changed

Hello Ilan,

you told me once how to clean my avatar uuid, it's long ago, I forgot your advice and can't find the thread.

I want to purchase 2 hairs, my grid name was already under "Other" when I click pay, I get this message:
Avatar not found: 3f3ae5f3-8622-4014-9c36-8fb3b4f23297 @ microgrid-sundance.ddns.net:8002.

a) the hg address is correct
b) my grid is hg able
c) my UUID but has changed

The avatar different uuid, came because I had to remake my grid installation from scratch and got a new uuid.

How can I clean the older uuid and reenter the new one please?

Hi Isis,

We removed the records of your avatar's old UUID on that grid. Please go to your Kitely Market shopping cart, set Deliver To to Other Avatar then clear the avatar name, switch Deliver To to My Kitely Avatar, switch it back to Other Avatar, make sure your grid is set as the Deliver To grid and type in the avatar name again.

Once that's done you should be able to have items delivered to that avatar.

A similar problem is happening to me today - 12th May 2018 - everything was fine yesterday for me but today....

The marketplace can't find my avatar on Discovery Grid ....but it has successfully found it and sent stuff to me for the last month...:-(

Hi Arton,

I'm querying the Discovery Grid server and it doesn't currently recognize your avatar name. Are you able to log into that account now? If so, can you please teleport with that avatar into Kitely Welcome Center?

HI, yes I am in DG and yes can tp to the Kitely welcome centre - in a minute :-)

The Discovery Grid's grid URI is currently not working.

You can verify that yourself by typing in "login.discoverygrid.net" into your browser and seeing the error message you get when you do so.

Please contact the Discovery Grid's owner and notify him or her of this problem. Once the issue has been resolved our system will be able to communicate with the Discovery Grid in order to deliver orders to it.

I checked the Discovery Grid website, and it seems that its grid URI is no longer login.discoverygrid.net (like it was the last time you purchased from Kitely Market) but rather discoverygrid.net.

Please delete the avatar name from your Kitely Market shopping cart's Deliver To setting, change Deliver To to My Kitely Avatar, change it back to Other Avatar and open the Grid Manager. In that dialog delete the old grid definition for Discovery Grid, add the new grid URI for it, type in the avatar name again and try to order.

Hi

I have the same problem, my avatar can not be found on my grid. So I can not buy anything. It worked a few months ago.

Avatar not found: 71e3ee7f-df75-44b8-a375-2fc16e048570 @ world.guinevereproject.eu:8002

My avatar's name is Nick Zwart

I switched to my Kitely account and back to the guinevere account but no luck

Can you please help???
