Yes the grid is online

I am currently using my mobile right now with the forums as im away tonight but can try going to the welcome area as soon as i come online tomorrow if that helps?

I was able to visit Four winds grid.kitely.com:8002:Four Winds earlier today through using the Kinky Grid avatar so as far as i know there doesn't seem to be any issues with teleporting to Kitely from Kinky Grid.

Hi Freya,

Your grid's URI did change, it changed from "hg.kinkygrid.com:8302" to "kinkygrid.com:8302".

Please teleport to Kitely Welcome Center with your avatar then follow the instructions mentioned previously in this thread to reset the Deliver To avatar and grid name in your Kitely Market shopping cart.

Also had this problem from maraudergrid.com:9000 on Roswenthe Blackwell. Our grid URI was initially an IP address, but I did have things delivered on the web address. Now it says "Avatar not found"

I cannot teleport to anywhere on Kitely. It says "Grid URI has changed." I am able to hypergrid to other grids.

I believe I am having trouble with a region UUID, but I'm not sure how they are connected.

We deleted the old grid association for your avatar's UUID. Please try again now.

I have purchased a fair bit of items from the marketplace recently. All went well, now however today, it suddenly can't find my avatar. I've tried logging out, logging back in, changing the other settings as reported in this thread in earlier posts. It can however see one of my alts and I can order just fine through them (who have never placed an order on kitely market before by the way). However nothing I do will help kitely market to locate my avatar. Not sure what to do now. This is purchasing for another grid (checked all the grid settings etc as well). The grid URL changed between when I first started ordering for delivery to my avatar on that grid; but the URL and DNS is all fine in all places it needs to be. Lastly Kitely marketplace recognizes the grid as it's been added to my account for delivery. help?

What grid URI are you trying to deliver to and what is the name of the avatar on that grid?
