Hi Lecktor,

We've deleted the old grid information from our system as per your request. Please let your grid users know that they'll need to follow the aforementioned steps in order to have items delivered to them from Kitely Market again.

Please also note that this change also deleted the grid TOS confirmations that any of your grid's users have completed in the past so they'll need to confirm our TOS again if they try to teleport into Kitely from your updated grid URI.

Thanks Ilan I will do that. I had forgotten about the need to tp in the avatar to Kitely, will do that as well thanks!

Kitely Market does no longer find our grid?

Hello,
I am one of the admins of Virtual Learning Village.
Can you please reset the grid details for Virtual Learning Village ( http://virtuallearningvillage.org:8002 ) ?
We can not purchase from Kitely anymore. Also we can not HG Teleport from Virtual Learning Village to Kitely anymore.
The Kitely Marketplace purchase issue is currently affecting or all out Virtual Learning Village users.
We can purchase things with our kitely avatars to be delivered to kitely grid.
Edit :
We can HG Teleport fine to other grids and get things from there. HG Teleport to Kitely Grid used to work fine too.
I don't know, if that information is helpful but we have only one region that allows HG users to TP in.
All users can HG TP out.
We have triple checked everything on our side so far. We are on OpenSim 0.9.0.1 Release in grid mode.
Hope you can help. You know, how important new hair is... :D

You mentioned that we have to to confirm your TOS again. I did not see where I could do that.

Please go to your Kitely Market shopping cart and delete the avatar name from the Deliver To area. Then delete your grid definition from your Kitely Market shopping cart's Grid Manager. Once that's done, add back your grid then type back the name of the avatar you wish to have orders delivered to.

As for the TOS, once you try to teleport to Kitely from your grid you'll get an error message with a link to the page in which you'll need to confirm your acceptance of our TOS.

It's important you delete the avatar name before you delete the grid. Just to be sure, please delete the avatar name, delete the grid definition, switch Deliver To to "My Kitely Avatar" switch it back to "Other Avatar", add back the grid definition then type in the avatar name again.

If that doesn't work for you then please tell me what avatar name you're typing in and what grid URI you're using when you add back your grid.

It works now. I think the reason why it did not work was that I did it in the wrong order.
After did what you said in your last post it worked:
