Looks like Marketplace has lost track of my grid again. (I suspect this may have been due to an Outworldz DNS problem I'm looking into adding my own domain rather than using theirs). Nothing else has changed, I have the same static IP on the grid, no UUID changes, no name changes. Can I get the grid deleted from Marketplace (its there twice) and then I'll re-add it again, it worked last time. Thanks.

Hi Mike,

What grid URI are you referring to? (You've used avatars from many grids with our system)

Sorry about that. I'm confining myself to just Kitely and Savannahgrid these days. Getting too old and no longer getting frequent grid visitor miles. Sorry about the delay been sick a bit lately.

I've removed the information about Savannahgrid from our system. Please follow the aforementioned instructions for removing the old grid URI from your Kitely Market shopping cart's Grid Manager then adding the new settings for your grid. Once that's done, please try ordering a delivery to your avatar on that grid again.

I'm having an issue sending items from Kitely Market to one avatar, Terror Macabre. My grid URI was initially an IP address, but I have since changed it using a DNS. Now it says "Avatar not found" when trying to deliver to that avatar. It worked for a new avatar. Terror Macabre cannot teleport to anywhere on Kitely. It says "Grid URI has changed." My grid URI is solace.mywire.org:8002. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Xexioa,

I've removed Terror Macabre from our system. Please try teleporting with it into Kitely again then change your Kitely Market shopping cart's Deliver To setting to Other Avatar, clear the avatar name, then type back your avatar name and try ordering.
