New to Kitely Market, I made a purchase to be sent to my partner in another grid. It all looked to have gone through correctly, I checked the av name and grid, he was online waiting and received the IM notification and link which he clicked. It did not arrive in his inventory. He's done several cache clears, tried different viewers and rebooted his entire system to no avail.
How to proceed please?

What Kitely Market order number is this referring to?
Did he Accept the items when the system gave them to him?
Did he check for the "Kitely Market order ###" (where ### is the Kitely Market order number) in his Objects and My Suitcase > Objects folders?

He thoroughly checked his inventory, which wouldn't take long, we are brand new members so there is not much there! Then did several cache clears, and tried different viewers. He was using Firestorm 32bit 5.1.7 at the time of the transaction.

The item was sent to him but he might have not accepted it.
I've resent him the IM. He should log into Discovery, click the link in the IM then make sure he Accepts the given delivery box. It should appear at the top of his Objects or My Suitcase > Objects folders after he restarts his viewer.
