I bought this as a gift. We have reloggd, changed area's resent IM many times, the person does not get IM.
Hi General,
Please ask that person to verify that their viewer isn't configured to only accept IMs from friends and groups they belong to then accept the changes and click the Resend IM link in the order page again.
