order sent to wrong grid

Hello, order # 1000052402519 Delivered on 05-Nov-2019 02:10 was sent to the wrong grid somehow the cart reset and sent my order to the kitely grid instead of to Grey Mane theverse.ddns.net:8002

Hi Steve,

We've redelivered the order to Grey Mane @ The Verse as per your request. Please log into that account and click the link in the IM our system sent it to complete the delivery process.

Please note that the Deliver To settings are saved on our servers so switching browsers or deleting browser cookies wouldn't have changed them. The only way for them to have changed is if someone who had access to your account intentionally or accidentally changed them. In any case, in the future please make sure to verify that the Deliver To settings are set to your desired recipient before you complete the order.

I recieved the im in theverse after i logged in but all it says is ... - [12:04] Grey Mane: (Saved Tue Nov 05 07:23:39 2019)Message from Steve Melera at Kitely: "The buyer selected the wrong Deliver To option so we're redelivering this order to the intended recipient"There is no link to click besides that message.
