Hi i have a closed grid and it has recently been set up to receive deliveries, however some avatars can receive items without issues then others are having a avatar not found error. I have tried multiple times with deleting and then re- adding the grid in the grid manager.

Thank you for your reply, i have tried those steps a few more times and i am still having the same error that my avatar name is not found. Some of the members on my grid can receive items while a few others are getting errors of avatars not found which is weird.

If you send me the grid uri, grid name and avatar names of the problematic avatars I can check to see if I can find anything on our end.
