I am having problems getting

Thanks for responding, this is the message i get.

We couldn't send a notecard to Chocolate Berry @ Virlands HyperDreamGrid. Make sure that the avatar is online and in its home grid. Also, make sure that the grid is open to the Hypergrid, and its firewall allows access from the outside.the notecard to go through. I read all forum help, but still unable, please advise

Is your grid Hypergrid enabled? If not, then you'll need to follow these instructions to enable delivery from Kitely Market: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... grid+Grids

If it is Hypergrid enabled then are you getting the IM from Kitely Market when you try to verify your grid? If you are getting the IM then are you able to open the notecard it contains? If not then what message do you get when you try to do so?
