On my end, it still shows that they're waiting to be sense and no matter how many times I click Send the I am it still says waiting to be sent. I'm not the only one that has had issues purchasing from the market, others have had issues not receiving their items either. But I will try what you said above. The issue is not on our end we can't find anything wrong, please check things on your end

You have to click the link in the IM to complete the delivery process. The product order page won't remove the Resend IM link until you do so.

Have you followed my instructions to make sure Firestorm is configured to also accept IMs from people who are not your friends or in groups you belong to? If you have, and are inworld in your grid and aren't receiving an IM after you click the Resend IM link then your grid is blocking the delivery of IMs.

If that's the case then please teleport with your avatar into the Kitely Welcome Center and then click the Resend IM link. Do you get an IM from our system when you do this?

Nothing was disabled in privacy so i went to kitely welcome center, I was able to receive the im and click the link but it gave me no options to accept the item

Please restart your viewer then look for the Kitely Market order delivery box in your My Suitcase > Objects inventory folder (which is where it would have been delivered if you accepted the order while outside your grid).

I did that and I did receive the items, I am back in kitely welcome center if you would like to resend the other orders, thank you for the help. I will relay to my grid owner about ims being blocked.

I have received all of my items thank you, i just had to be in your welcome center in order to get the im so i can relay to others in other grids that are having issues as well. :)

It's important to note that the great majority of grids we deliver to don't have issues receiving the IMs our system sends their users when they are sent orders from Kitely Market. I therefore highly recommend that the grids that do have such issues look into it as that indicates that their users aren't getting at least some IMs from other grids as well.

but if there are no errors or no red flags no way to pinpoint how to fix it and it could also be on kitelys end even if you dont think so. we never found the cause and our ims are set up right

The IMs were sent from our system to your grid and your grid didn't give any indication that the IMs weren't accepted. Our system shows an error message if the receiving grid rejects the IM. As your grid didn't give any such notification to our system when the IMs were sent to it there isn't much more we can do about this.
