i accidently did it again and I need my order 1000058018632 sent to my eros avi, everything is export so we should be all good. thank you :)

Hi Mistress Dalgato,

As the grid URI has changed we can't just redeliver the orders to a different grid. You'll need to contact the relevant merchants and ask them whether they'd be willing to use this tool or deliver you the relevant items manually: viewtopic.php?t=4324

Alternatively, if you can change your grid back to have the grid URI it had when the orders were delivered to it and the avatar to have the same avatar UUID then we could redeliver those orders to that avatar at that Grid URI.

well that's some terrible news, idk if some of them are still even in the game. I doubt my grid owner will change back the url just for me. guess im out that money and screwed thank you anyways. some of them are hardly on these days anyways

I'm sorry I can't help you more with this but our TOS specify that an item is sold to a specific avatar belonging to a specific grid and those are the terms under which Kitely Market merchants listed their items. We provide tools that enable getting access to lost items when grids are shut down but it is ultimately the merchant's decision whether or not they wish to do so for their customers from those closed grids.

its not your fault, no one planned for my grid to get shut down. data center we had our stuff at erased everything by a stupid mistake on there end, looks to be non recoverable. we are still eros resort but owner felt it was giving him bad luck so we changed to a new name. just upset that I have to restart over, thank you tho for all the help you have given me . :)
