Hi Ian,
Laura Champagne from OSgrid says she is not getting an item she purchased off of the marketplace. Here is the record from the sales report:

8/10/2021 22:19 Witchy's WWD Modular/Animated Country Kitchen Laura Champagne Laura Champagne OSGrid 1 100 $2.40

I redelivered it, told her several places to look but she says it is not there along with other items she purchased from other vendors.

Is there anything else i can do?

I found the order number, the buyer didn't click the link in the IM our system sent her to complete the deliver process.

She should log into OSgrid then click the link on this order page: https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000061429107
