My grid crashed and old purchases have "missing assets"

Hello,
My grid (Fire and Ice) was attacked by some hacker. It took several days for our grid owner (the awesome Sara Diamond) to hunt down what happened and restore the grid safely.
Now, over half of my items that I purchased from Kitely before the crash are corrupted. When I try to rez them, I get a "missing asset" error, and then the item disappears from my Inventory.
How do I request for my orders to be resent? Do you need all of the affected order numbers?

Hi Janet,

Has the grid's Grid URI changed?

Has your avatar's UUID changed?

If not then please let me know the name of the avatar on that grid and the name(s) of the Kitely avatars you used to buy items for it and I'll resend those orders to it.
