Item won't deliver

Hi, User states that purchased item won't deliver to her. i tried redeliver and got the following error:

Hi Beverly,

You should instruct the buyer to log into her grid then press the Resend IM link in the order page where this purchase was made. If you give me that order name then I can give you the link.

she apparently looked for some help re. deliveries and was able to get it to deliver finally.

the customer noticed a glitch in the texture of my boots
i redid the texturing, attached are the infos i get when i did redeliver
hopefully this can be fixed?
the number is there too

Hi Chris,

This is the same issue that prevented the first delivery. The grid the user belongs to doesn't support offline IMs so the user has to be inworld when an IM is sent by our system in order to be able to get the delivery. Please ask the user to login and, only once you've confirmed that they have done so, use the Redeliver option to send them the product update.

yes i know, the customer didnt make it easy on me,
ive 'redeliverd' again,and she said she would leave her ava 'there' online
