Could I get a redelivery?

I lost a lot of new acquired/created assets during september due to grid configuration error on my side. I could punch myself :D Because of the caching in OpenSim and the viewer, the loss wasn't immediately obvious.

During that time I made a marketplace purchase, order nr. 1000071380199
Could it be possible to have that redelivered?

If not I'll take my loss, it's ok :)
