Re: Pay Pal Interface
Have you tried logging out of PayPal in a different browser then checking if you get the same options as you do in Chrome?
Re: Pay Pal Interface
I'm having a hard time with the Paypal interface too.. I've tried a dozen times on different days using both Firefox and Chrome.. my Paypal account is fine, I can log straight into it with no prob, it is up to date. I haven't had any luck getting it to take a different credit card number to buy KC either :/ It looks to me like after Kitely sends me there and I'm logged in, the final process fails. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Is there any other way to buy Kitely Credits?
PS I use Avast and tried turning it off.. no joy.

Re: Pay Pal Interface
What is the exact error message you're getting Shez? Where are you getting it (on PayPal's site or on ours)?
Re: Pay Pal Interface
Kitely sends me to Paypal, we log in and review the order..everything looks good, I click Pay Now and get sent back to Kitely with the error message from the Kitely cart.

Re: Pay Pal Interface
What type of credit card are you using?
What country was it issued in?
Is it a business or personal credit card?
Do you have a verified PayPal account? (it isn't required but the information may help)

I tried one from Chase and one from BofA a few days ago, they are both in my name.

USA

Personal

I'm not sure what you mean by Verified, but I have had my Paypal account since they opened, it uses thier own Paypal credit card instead of debiting my checking acct. I know it works.. I pay my OSG dues with it every month and use it to buy stuff online often.
TIA

Re: Pay Pal Interface
We checked our logs and PayPal is always returning the same error for your attempts: "The user must choose new funding sources".
Please see:

And:

If you're using PayPal's own credit card then this error may indicate that you don't have enough money in your PayPal account to cover the charges.

Re: Pay Pal Interface
No, it isn't lack of funds.. I pay that bill in full every month.. I just checked Paypal and there is almost a grand available on the card. I'll read through the 2 links you provided and see if I can figure it out.
Thanks

Re: Pay Pal Interface
Too wierd... I bought pizza and sandwiches online at GrubHub last night and a jigsaw puzzle game from Bigfish just now on that same Paypal card, it worked fine on both without a glitch. I'm flumoxed.
