User Name Change

[Katniss Everdeen]

Hello folks,
I noticed that my username has somehow been changed...
I am logging into Kitely Forums and the Kitely Home Account page as Katniss Everdeen

But in order to login to any worlds I now have to use the name Katniss Everdeen_3
This is much less pretty as a name! Any idea why/how it changed? And how maybe I can get it to go back?

Hi Katniss,

You created 5 separate Kitely accounts using the same Katniss Everdeen name, so after the first one, the following ones had a serial number appended to them. If you see Katniss Everdeen_3 when you go inworld then it's because that is the account you used to login into the viewer. However, the trial world you create was actually created in the Katniss Everdeen_4 account.

What I suggest is that you contact us via email and we'll help you delete the redundant accounts and ensure that you have a world in the same Kitely account with which you log into the viewer.
