Hi
I got the 4 grid at 19.95 a month. I only received one grid and followed the directions to change the size. Now its saying its charging me for 14.95 as well. Please help. Today is 6/29/2020

Hi Star,
You created two Kitely accounts today using two different email addresses. Please make sure that you're logged into our website using the email address with which you ordered your world (that account currently holds your 4-region sized Standard World). To do so click on the My Worlds page on our website. If it is showing your Kitely world then you're logged in properly, otherwise click the Log out link in the top right side of the page then click the Log in link that will replace it and log back in using the correct email address.
