Emails for class registration are failing

As previously stated, we're planning group accounts and other features to support organizations. It's just a matter of time and priorities.

Please ask the students with the missing hair to look in their inventory to see the name of their avatar (the shape should include that name).

It looks as though it's nothing to do with anti-spam measures, more to do with problems with the sending servers, i.e. Amazon cloud, trying something in protocol terms that we don't accept. Hopefully this can be fixed locally; if not we will need to get students to register in advance of class or use their own accounts (as most ultimately did).
