You have to buy it and use you inworld name. I bought it way back when I moved from SL to Open Life...2009 I think? lol many moons ago.
You can Back UP your files into it..textures, objects and such. Some items tho you cannot..they have to be full permissions..best just to use it for stuff you made yourself
It is real tight on copyright issues so no one has to worry.Then you use the Restore button to bring it into the world you want to be in provided they allow it.
It can be very time consumming! You can only do one item at a time..so...
If you need..I will help you as much as I can...it does take some getting used to but once you get the hang of it tis not too bad
