Why was my account downgraded???

I had a grandfathered in Gold Account. Now I can't login to my regions because it tells me I don't have a premium account. How did this happen? Please fix ASAP.

Hi Serendipity,

Billing for your PayPal subscription repeatedly failed so, after having sent you multiple emails about this (check your inbox or spam folder) your account was automatically downgraded to the Regular Account on September 8. Let's continue this discussion via email or PM.
