How do I get a receipt or invoice for my US $ payments to Kitely? A monthly account statement (like SL) would be helpful too.
I only got Paypal payment confirmations, but I don't have an aknowledgment from you. Plus my Kitely user name is different than my Paypal account so that doesn't help.

You can view your payment receipts, including transaction ID, our internal customer ID and the services that were paid for by logging into your PayPal account and searching for Payments made to Kitely.
All money and Kitely Credit related transactions are also acknowledged in our website in your Kitely account History page: http://www.kitely.com/history
