Getting internal error when trying to buy KC

I try to buy KC to cover my monthly payment but keep getting an "internal error" message from the system -
what's wrong? It allways worked in the past!

Hi Min,

When are you getting this error? Is it before or after you are directed to PayPal to complete the transaction?

You didn't respond so we reviewed the server logs and found the problem that prevented you and a few other people from completing their transactions. That problem has now been fixed so you can go ahead and buy Kitely Credits.
