Why can't I log in?

I keep trying to login and I get the message I can't log into the premium world because I don't have a premium account. It doesn't matter if I try to log into home, the welcome centre or the last location.

Any tips on how to fix as it doesn't appear to be a viewer problem (I can log in with another account fine.. well as fine as you can be when you're a permanent cloud but hey ho)

Hi Alexia,

You currently have a Regular Account but your "The Art Thing" world is currently a Premium World. As explained by the error message in the screenshot you provided, in order for you to be able to visit your own Premium Worlds you need to have a Premium Account. You have two options if you wish to be able to visit that world, either upgrade your account to a Premium Account or switch that world to be one of our fixed-price world options instead of being a Premium World (i.e. a Starter World, Standard World, or Advanced World).

Please note that you should be able to visit other people's Premium Worlds with your Regular Account if they configure those Premium Worlds to accept Regular Account users (they need to pay for the time non-Premium Account users visit those worlds if they do).

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I understand about not being able to visit my world but unlike my cute cloud account, I can't even log in directly to the welcome centre.

With the other account, I logged straight in using the welcome centre link and it worked (ok, I'm a cloud but as least I got in) but with alexia, it doesn't matter what I put in the location option, it fails.

So no matter what I try, it just won't let me in.

Please press the Enter World button on this page: http://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Ila ... ome-Center then press the Login button in your viewer. This should cause your avatar to login into the Kitely Welcome Center. I then recommend you set that world as your Home and keep the login destination set to Home as well. You can use this technique to enter other worlds as well. You can find worlds that are open to your Regular Account in the Explore Worlds page: http://www.kitely.com/search
